Weather still too cold/wet to enjoy topside ... enjoyed the beautiful lounge (lots of floor-to-ceiling windows) as we cruised 58 miles (more locks) and watched the picturesque riverside homes slip by.
2:30 PM we arrive Rouen ... the historic capital of Normandy and location where Joan of Arc was burnt at the stake .... a city heavily bombed by the Allies during WWII ... and a thriving market square (think 'flea market'). Enjoyed a walking tour ... shopping, churches & museum.
AmaLegro remained overnight in Rouen.
